From the North or East: Take 91 South to Hartford, and 84 East (left exit); or take 84 South from the Mass. Pike (Sturbridge exit). Take Rt. 2 East (left exit). Take Rt. 17 South (left exit) toward Portland. Stay on 17 through junction at 17A and on to intersection with Rt. 66 at light. Turn left onto Rt. 66 and travel for about 3 miles until you reach a light at the junction of 66 and 151 in the center of Cobalt. Continue with local directions below. |

From the South and West: Take 91 North; or Merritt Parkway to 91, or 84 to 691 to 91. From here take Rt. 66 into Middletown and continue on 66 across the bridge to Portland. You will still be on Rt. 66. At the first traffic light near the bridge turn right. Stay on Rt. 66 for 5 miles until you reach a light at the junction of 66 and 151 in the center of Cobalt. Local Directions from Rt. 66 and 151: At the junction of Rt. 66 and 151 you are in the very small town of Cobalt (grocery store, gas station, and post office on the corner). Turn left onto Depot Hill Road. Bear left at the first intersection. Bear right at the next fork onto Penfield Hill Road. Drive for apporximately 1 mile. After you pass Noyes Junior Camp you will see a white house with a white picket fence on the right - #245. Drive in the second gate and Welcome! |

Public Transportation: If you will be using public transportation we strongly suggest a bus to Middletown, CT or a train to Meriden, CT. If you are flying to Hartford Airport, there is a shuttle bus from the airport to the Radisson Hotel in Cromwell, CT, and CT. Limo provides rides between Bradley Airport and the Ramada Inn in Meriden. We will meet the bus, train, or limo by advance arrangement. There is a charge for this service. *** Please note that Wednesday afternoons are a time off for Noyes School staff. Transportation is not available on that day.
