Solo Retreat: Find Being in the Midst of Doing
3-5 days within the week of July 19th-July 26th
FOR RETREAT PARTICIPANTS (password required)
Facilitators Emily Mott and Patricia Carhart will be the guides for a 3-5 day immersive adventure (work within each schedule and situation). We started imagining this offering as a way to give to ourselves what ‘camp’ usually gives us. Intention: To BE in beautiful natural places near us (including within ourselves), to move, to study, to learn from Noyes technique, from nature, to separate from our screens, to heal, to write, to dive into the creative flow through Noyes Rhythmic inspiration. We’ll meet as a group on Zoom for an opening, check in and sharing. Each person commits to this special retreat time within our own circumstances. Perhaps we will find a common rhythm in this work, even as we are physically separated from each other.
Schedule:
Sunday July 19th 7:30-8:00pm Opening gathering
Wednesday July 22nd 5:00pm-6:00pm Check-in and connecting time
Sunday July 26th 3:30pm-4:30pm Sharing gathering
We invite you to devote at least 3 days during the week, and at least 2 hours per day, to your retreat time.
