Frequently Asked Questions about the new Registration System:

 

Why IS there a new registration system?

We are working toward expanding our program, and part of that means using technology that can do some of the work we have relied on volunteers to do in the past. This new system will help us plan ahead for the summer season, and provide us the opportunity to continue our outreach to new students!

Why do I have to create a password?

For your safety and to protect your information, you are asked to create a password the first time you log in to the registration system. Everyone will register as a new member of the system (don’t let the word “member” confuse you if you are already a Noyes Foundation member– everyone will be creating a “new family” account).

Why do I have to pay before I arrive at Shepherd’s Nine?

Receiving tuition in advance allows us to accurately budget operational costs for each week and ensure we have the staff and resources needed to provide students the best experience possible.

Are there payment plans available?

Yes! Simply select the payment plan option at checkout and your tuition will be split into 4 equal payments after a 25% tuition deposit. Payment plans are available for registrations initiated before May 1 and installments are due May 1, May 15, June 1, and June 15.  

Do I have to register if I’m a teacher, pianist, or staff?

Yes. Faculty, pianists and staff still need to register so that we have accurate information about how many people will be in attendance each week. Contact the registrar for a coupon code. Start your registration as a co-op participant, go through all steps to make payment and select “payment in full,” then enter the coupon code in the final step of check out.  

Do I have to pay online or can I send a check?

You can still pay for your registration by personal check or by cashier’s check. Select this option at checkout and follow the on-screen instructions to send your tuition payment to the registrar.

I registered for a week I can’t attend. Can I switch my registration to another week?

Yes! Once you have completed your registration you can login at any time prior to the registration deadline to switch weeks, add a private lesson, or update your information. Do note that in the case of cancellations, there is a 25% nonrefundable tuition deposit. 

I registered for a week but cannot arrive until after Monday. Do I have to pay for the whole week?

Yes. This is to ensure we can provide a quality experience for all students. 

 

I want to extend my stay past Sunday. Do I have to pay for the full second week?

No. If you want to extend your stay at Shepherd’s Nine past Sunday you can choose to pay for extra days at the daily rate. You will need to contact the registrar to add days at the day rate.

 

I registered for the Noyes School Summer Program but now cannot attend. Can I get a refund?

All registrations are considered final. Registrations cancelled prior to June 1, 2023 will be refunded at 75% of tuition (25% nonrefundable cancellation fee). There are no refunds after June 1, 2023. Tuition must be paid in full prior to participation in programming.
